The church helped 14 families with over 70 volunteers. We partnered with UNO SERVE and other churches. 10 families that were formally homeless was given a care package that included basic needs and a first aid kit.  Crews were sent to 4 homes to help people do things that they couldn't do for themselves, such as cleaning up their yards, clearing gardens or removing things that don't belong anymore. Much was accomplished to help our neighbors as Christians should.

This was a cooperative project between multiple churches and we all worked together very well. Afterward we celebrated with a potluck and then a celebration of many churches at Mentor Performing Arts Center, UNO Praise. There were over 1200 people worshiping from many different denominations.
