Rev. Peter P. McCurdy, Senior Pastor
Pastor Peter Paul Tomlin McCurdy: Rev. McCurdy was born in Harrisburg, PA.
He graduated High School from Ridgway Area Junior Senior High School in Ridgway, PA.
Rev. McCurdy attended Evangel University, Houghton College, and
graduated from Asbury College with a BA in Biblical Studies. He then
attended Northeastern Seminary at Roberts Wesleyan College and
graduated with a MA in Theology.
He was ordained as an American Baptist Minister at First
Baptist Church of LeRoy in May, 2005. He is currently working on a DMin
from Northeastern Seminary.
Rev. McCurdy is dedicated to his children and wife. He also
strives to serve God as Pastor of the First Baptist Church of

Beverly Keyse, Pastor of Care
Pastor Beverly Keyse is a
graduate of the American Baptist Churches of Ohio Lay Pastor Institute. She has
been a long time member of First Baptist with her husband, Ed. Currently,
she is serving as the Ministry Team Leader of the Caring Ministry. Pastor
Bev visits the sick and shut-ins, plans bereavement meals and participates and
or leads funeral services. As a licensed pastor of First Baptist, Pastor
Bev is able to perform all pastoral services. Pastor Bev also fills the
pulpit when Rev. McCurdy is out of town. Beverly's goal is to "seek first the Kingdom of God."
Sandy Namestnik, Secretary
Sandy
is married and has three children and two grandchildren. She is a
member of First Baptist of Painesville and serves in several of the
church ministries. She has enjoyed being secretary of First Baptist for
11 years.
